My senior career was cut short by a knee injury that required knee reconstruction of the medial and cruciate ligament however after being told by my surgeon that I would never play Rugby again I managed to play National League Rugby but ultimately struggled with fitness. It is due to this experience that I place player welfare as an utmost priority and which is why we now represent players. After becoming increasingly frustrated at the dealings of agents and apparent lack of concern regarding their player we wanted to initiate a different approach.
