David Palu is a quick tenacious Scrum Half who was initially selected for the Tonga RWC 2007 Squad but sadly in this modern age was unable to take his place in the tournament due to personal reasons. Capped 12 times by Tonga his cv shows that he has performed on the World stage and has made it his ambition to participate in the RWC 2011 in New Zealand.
David Palu played in England during the 2008-2009 season for Plymouth Albion.
We are pleased to announce that David has signed for top Spanish Premiership side Cetransa El Salvador who have Player Coach Joe McConnell the All Black Player and former Newcastle Falcon in their squad.
David - "I am disappointed that I could not re-sign at Plymouth as I was just starting to show the fans what I could do. The prospect of helping Cetransa into Europe really excites me. Cetransa El Salvador is very much an up and coming club to play Rugby and I hope to return them to their place as Spain's top club and help them make their mark in the European Challenge Cup"
