David Palu is a quick tenacious Scrum Half who having played at the 2003 RWC was initially selected for the Tonga RWC 2007 Squad but sadly was unable to take his place in the tournament due to personal reasons. Capped 12 times by Tonga his cv shows that he has performed on the World stage. He made an appearance against the 2005 British & Irish Lions. David Palu played in England during the 2008-2009 season for Plymouth Albion. For the 2009-2010 season he signed for top Spanish Premiership side Cetransa El Salvador where the Player Coach was Joe McDonnell the Ex All Black and former Newcastle Falcon player. Dave was a main reason why El Salvador won the Spanish Premiership League title and was widely recognised as the stand out player in Spain.
