Stage 1 - Send a detailed CV to the agency for an assessment martinlongden@mcsportsagency.co.uk. The CV must contain personal characteristics, physical test scores, a photo, a match DVD if possible and a detailed playing history. Information regarding any present contract is a necessity.

Stage 2 - Your CV will be assessed. If you are successful then the agency will agree to represent you.  

Stage 3 - You will be asked to sign a player agreement contract and fax it to the agency.

Stage 4 - The agency will prepare a professional CV which will be circulated to all relevant clubs, which best suit the future potential of the player.

Stage 5 - After initial negotiations the agency will instruct clubs to issue either a formal agreement or a playing contract on behalf of the player.

Stage 6 - The agency will continue to advise, guide and support the player through their rugby career.
