Approaching 100 premiership appearances and 30 Top 14 appearances Colin Noon is a very high quality Tight Head Prop. He is a scrummaging specialist, line-out tactician and an expert on game management.
Colin has worked with some of the best coaches in Europe and clearly has picked up a great deal on his travels. He says that at Leicester and Biarritz he learned how to win. In the Top 14 he learned how to scrummage and understand the true significance of the scrum and lineout. He also has a keen and insightful eye for back play. He is a level 2 Coach and has ambitions to Coach at the very highest level however he feels that he has at least 3 top flight seasons on the playing front in his armoury.
Colin has been unable to play for 18 months on the advice of a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon because of damage to three cervical discs, but now he has fully recovered and has been cleared to play. Ideally he is looking for a playing or player/coach role.
“A very strong boy with a great tactical brain” Stuart Lancaster RFU
