Jaike is an extremely good athlete and has a strong passion for the game of rugby. He is a very strong ball carrier and has exceptional pace, with the ability to run 100 metres in 11 seconds whilst standing 6ft 2" and carrying just over 15 stone. His understanding of the game is also very knowledgeable due to the coaching staff at Hartpury College, Gloucester and Cinderford. We feel that he has the flair and talent to change a game, but also has the maturity and level headedness not to make impulsive decisions. A graduate from Hartpury College – University of the West of England with a degree in Sports Science, Sports Conditioning & Coaching - Jaike has the ability to play professionally at the highest level after showing great ability whilst playing for Gloucester A and more recently in Spain.
He joined Cetransa El Salvador for the 2009 - 2010 season and was an ever present. He was a key player as they were the team to beat in Spain and he helped them lift the Spanish Premiership title. His Coach during the season Joe McDonnell is full of praise for the player -

Jaike appeared for Gloucester in the 2010 ESPN televised 7's where he showed his qualities of pace, power and physicality.
Jake re-signed for El Salvador for 2010-2011 and scored a try on his European Challenge Cup debut against Sale Sharks and followed this up with a try against Padova. He is a leading player in Spain and has developed his game in the Centre and at Full Back to go alongside his Wing play. He is a very versatile asset for any professional squad.
