This highly talented player is totally committed to the Samoan cause and is very proud of his pacific island heritage. There is no question about his loyalty to his country and his commitment to Samoan Rugby or to any club fortunate enough to acquire this little magician. He burst onto the World scene at 27 years old when he was awarded the IRB World 7's Player of the Year in 2006. His success says everything about this little magician. Regarded quite rightly as one of the most dangerous players in World Rugby he is very keen to experience playing in the Northern Hemisphere or Japan for the next couple of seasons after the 2011 RWC in New Zealand. Equally adept at Scrum Half or Fly Half and versatile to play at Full Back he would be an exciting addition to any top class squad. Uale is a very likeable individual who has a strong self belief and determination that brings him his success. Married with a young son he is excited about the prospect of playing outside Samoa. Uale is very well conditioned and prepares himself very well. His physical condition is that of a player in his mid twenties.
His performances in the 2009 autumn internationals and the 2010 Northern Hemisphere Tour show he is a high quality player with good game awareness. He was a key player for Cetransa El Salvador playing at Fly Half controlling the European Challenge Cup game in 2011 against Italian Champions Padova in a famous Cetransa El Salvador victory.
